Easy to use for someone who has arthritic hands.
So far so good. Water tank is easy to clean since it is completely open like a cup. It is slimmer than other water piks but taller once you put it together. I bought pink so mine came with a pink case. The 5 extra tools it came with come in a sealed plastic bag easing my mind that they are brand new. Water force is not as strong as my old one but stronger than the last one I bought that I returned because the water tank leaked. I prefer a very strong force of water but maybe they just don’t make them like that anymore. This one is good enough. Very convenient, easy to put together and works well.

Bought this for my daughter to clean between her teeth and braces, when i asked her how she likes it, I got a BIG thumbs up and she even threw in a smile....looked like a 5 star review to me.
Haven’t had it long, but it definitely doesn’t lack in performance! Teeth feel so clean afterwards
I love this! This is my first time using a water pick but I am really enjoying it! I add a little hydrogen peroxide in with the water and have noticed my teeth are already a little bit whiter after only a few uses. Great product so far!!

Pulse mode is comfortable and relax mode to massage your gum;
DIY mode is to customize the water pressure from 10-110psi, you can find your comfortable pressure to floss with.
Each mode has a different PSI and strength level of the water pressure：
Normal = 120psi
Soft = 30psi
Pulse = 80psi
DIY = 10-110psi
