Frequently Asked Questions for Ordering & Delivery

Currently, we only provide free shipping for order over $50.00 to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Pay with Paypal.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

 

If you don't have a PayPal account, please still choose the "PayPal" button to check out and click the complete order to go to the next page.

Then the new page will show both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

 

Follow these steps:

Step 1. Select PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account)

Step 2. Click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

Step 3. Fill in your credit card info and complete your order.

We ship to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

 

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days.

Our carriers are USPS/DHL/UPS/FedEx.

The shipping date is estimated 5-7 days. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s shipped. You can also check your order status on your account page.

If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a processing fee.

If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

Before shipping: There is no charge fee if you change the address.

After shipping: If you successfully change your address, $7-$9 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Before shipping: There is no charge fee if you replace and exchange the item.

After shipping: If you successfully exchange the item, $7-$9 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to cancel the item, you may reject the package and 10% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
