How can I get free shipping?

Currently, we provide free shipping for the order to the lower 48 states in the US without minimum order. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

How to pay?

Binicare provides flexible payment methods and accepts payment via PayPal, credit cards and other popular payment methods.Binicare is dedicated to provide excellent shopping experience for our customers, now you have more options to have your order paid.

How to Pay with PayPal?

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Don't have PayPal?

If youdon't have a PayPal account, pleasestill choosethe "PayPal" button to check out and click the complete order to go to the next page.Then the new page will show both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

Where does Binicare ship to?

We ship to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

When will the in-stock order ship?

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days.

What are your accepted carriers?

Our carriers are USPS/DHL/UPS/FedEx.

When will it arrive?

The shipping date is estimated 5-7 days. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s shipped. You can also check your order status on your account page.

If I cancel the order, how much should I pay for the processing fee?

If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a processing fee.

If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Can I change the address?

Before shipping: There is no charge fee if you change the address.

After shipping: If you successfully change your address, $7-$9 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If I placed an order, can I replace and exchange?

Before shipping: There is no charge fee if you replace and exchange the item.

After shipping: If you successfully exchange the item, $7-$9 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to cancel the item, you may reject the package and 10% of the water flosser cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
