Questions for Warranty & Maintance Policy

When purchasing a product from Binicare.com , you can not only rest assured that all of our products come from 100% US stock, we are 100% committed to customer service and back each Binicare with a 12 month warranty!

Our warranty covers any technical failures/manufacturer defects, but does not cover the following:

- General wear and tear and damage caused by improper use.

- Failures caused by charging with adaptor exceeding 5V.

We will cover any manufacturing faults or electrical failures and return the faulty Binicare by you with return shipping costs paid. All defective products received must be reported within 7 business days and returned within 15 days of receipt (must be in the "original packaging" and in the same condition as received).

1.Make sure to throw out the water inside the tank, and run the appliance for 2 to 3 seconds to drain the water after usage.

2.Wipe the exterior when necessary with a soft cloth or mild non-abrasive cleanser.

3.Wash the reservoir with soapy water every two weeks.

Put it on a clean and hygienic open space. Don’t submerge the unit in water or any other liquid for a long time.

4.Dry the reservoir with a cloth when not using for a long period.

For all orders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in receiving payment regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

In the case of non-delivery

A 10% processing fee will be charged for cancellation of any balancing water flosser order and the customer will only receive a refund of 90% of the total order price.

In the case of shipped items

We accept refunds for no reason within 14 days of receipt of goods (proof of purchase required).

If you need to cancel the order or change the consignee information, you can choose to reject the package when it is delivered or send it to us by yourself within 1-2 business days and send us the tracking number of the package by email. We will give you a refund and charge a 10% restocking fee after we confirm receipt of the goods.

All returned products must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used or opened. Used products will not be accepted! Any returns must be discussed and authorized in advance with our customer service staff. Return instructions will then be provided after our customer service staff authorizes your return request.
