Binicare Warranty Policy

When purchasing a product from Binicare.com, you can not only rest assured that all of our products come from 100% US stock, we are 100% committed to customer service and back each Binicare with a 12 month warranty!

Our warranty covers any technical failures/manufacturer defects, but does not cover the following:

* General wear and tear and damage caused by improper use
* Failures caused by charging with adaptor exceeding 5V

We will cover any manufacturing faults or electrical failures and return the faulty Binicare by you with return shipping costs paid. All defective products received must be reported within 7 business days and returned within 15 days of receipt (must be in the "original packaging" and in the same condition as received).
